I want to discuss this today because I personally hold myself to a standard that no one has to question my character and I expect the same in return
If I have to question your character no matter how I feel about you ,my feelings will change and will change rather quickly
As I have dated and had these not so great experiences with men it has allowed me to pay attention to everything and question everything
If your words don’t match your actions then your character will be questioned
I’m super easy to please as long as your solid with me..When I feel that you aren’t solid with me then most likely Omelet you go!
Suppose you’re dating me and you express how you feel to me and I give you the impression with my words that we are on the same page and I’m digging you too but then the next day you see me entertaining another man…How would you feel?
Let’s be honest, If someone I’m dating literally just sent me a message that made me feel like I was the best thing since sliced bread and then I see them out with another woman or I see them commenting on other women’s photos how beautiful they are, I am no longer feeling like I’m the best thing since sliced bread because If I was, you wouldn’t have time to entertain another woman so everything you said to me just went out the door and at this point I’m going to question your character
At the end of the day those of us who want a “hard boiled egg” aka Solid relationship just want someone who is equally yoked
I personally don’t have time to entertain others when I’m dating someone because my schedule won’t allow it. I’m not going to make you feel special if you’re really not!
That’s the problem today with dating, people don’t know how to focus on one person at a time so they never get the opportunity to truly know what they want and they never get the opportunity to get to know the person they are dating so they miss the opportunity of being with a real “hard boiled egg”!
People that do this make me question their character..Period!
I say this to say, if you are dating multiple people or entertaining multiple men or women in your phone or dm’s, make sure everyone you’re involved with is clear on that. And I mean by having an actual conversation about it not just sneaking it in there after the fact because that’s not good communication! There’s nothing worse than allowing someone to catch feelings for you when you mean them no good..
I have repeatedly said this in many of my blogs “Don’t take someone’s choices away from them”!
Don’t make anyone question your character, be straight up with them!
